Bob and Connie Close have operated cruises for over 35 years.
We spent 21½ years operating the Nelson Endeavour which cruised on the Glenelg River. Licensed for 102 passengers, we successfully built up a thriving business.
The passenger ferry was built by Bob, and operated both public cruises and private charters.
Having won numerous tourism awards over the years, including Best Tourist Operator twice, we knew it was time to move to bigger and better things and decided to invest in a modern vessel that had full facilities to address our new and upcoming market.
Both Bob and Connie have their Captain's Certificates and required staff have successfully completed their Elements of Shipboard Safety Certificate.
Length of vessel: 20 metres
The vessel draft of our vessel is 1 metre, and is licensed for 67 passengers.
